Havi-Thermal Vacuum Reflow oven HWV Series
Low void welding is essential for high-performance electronic components across medical, aerospace, automotive, LED, semiconductor, military, new energy and other fields, requiring high-strength, nearly void-free solder joints. Havi-Thermal’s vacuum reflow soldering system enables void-free soldering: molten solder is processed in a programmable vacuum negative pressure environment to eliminate voids, followed by cooling and solidification. The system inherits the long service life and reliable processing performance of mature reflow soldering systems.
Soldering process with or without vacuum
Vacuum reflow system allows you to have the following advantages
Up to 99% reduction in voids optimizes the quality of solderjoints
Single-track and double-track system can be selected,double-track four- stage transmission, and the production capacity is doubled
Reliable transport in the system
The large vacuum pump (300 m3/h) is fast, reliable, stable and can be pumped in up to 5 stepped programmable vacuum pumps
It is suitable for PCB, DCB, stamping grid and carrier, and the tube and shell are grounded & heat dissipated in a large area
Adjustable parameters: pumping time, vacuum holding time, pressure relief time, vacuum degree pressure
