Havi-Thermal full nitrogen reflow soldering HRN Series
The full nitrogen reflow soldering oven adopts advanced nitrogen protection technology, and injects high-purity nitrogen (oxygen content ≤100ppm) during the soldering process, which effectively prevents component oxidation and improves soldering quality. It is suitable for high-precision electronic manufacturing (e.g., PCB, SMT, BGA packaging, etc.), and is especially ideal for fields with stringent requirements for soldering reliability such as automotive electronics, aerospace and medical equipment.
