The JUKI RX-8 E, a top-tier high-speed compact modular mounter, boosts SMT efficiency with its P20 Planet Head—hitting 100,000 CPH (optimal) and a space-saving 998mm width for great area productivity.
It delivers ±0.04mm placement accuracy (Cpk ≥1) and uses advanced coaxial lighting vision to inspect ultra-small components (0202 chips to 5mm parts) and center them right. Its low-impact placement eases stress on delicate PCBs/components, fit for flexible substrates and high-density LEDs.
Integrated with JaNets/IFS-NX software, it enables real-time monitoring, component management, and bad mark propagation. It supports 50×50~510×450mm boards and up to 56 components, suiting diverse high-volume needs—ideal for manufacturers after productivity, precision, and connectivity.
