The JUKI JM-50 Multitask platform is a versatile insertion platform designed for high-mix, low-volume production, capable of handling both THT and odd-form components. It supports component sizes from 0603 up to 50 mm, with a maximum height of 30 mm, and PCB sizes up to 800×360 mm. Equipped with flexible feeders, mini chuck nozzles, and the Takumi head, it ensures precise placement and quick changeovers. The JM-50 features compact dimensions (1,454×1,505×1,450 mm, approx. 1,300 kg), operates on 3-phase AC 200–415 V with 2.2 kVA power, and consumes 81 L/min of air.
